I was buying... read more This location is in decline. Put two stars as I still eat here. I still frequent it due to the area; however, they have lost a lot of my business. I was buying biscuits in bulk weekly for work. I was told I needed to call my orders a day in advance, which I did; however, they stopped answering the phone. Recently I had my biscuit messed up. After leaving work to make my order right, I found the lead arguing with the manager that the order was not made incorrectly in which I provided the receipt, and she still claimed that she made the order correct.

Only reason for not being 5 stars is because there were a couple employees that walked by and never asked what I needed (I was picking up doordash and the order was on the back side of the counter when I walked in, but I waited almost 5 mins for someone to ask)

So I had to remind the lady at t... read more I ordered 2 chicken Supreme combos with fries and a chicken biscuit. When I got to the window to pay for my order it was wrong. So I had to remind the lady at the window what I ordered and she still got it wrong!!!! When I got home my food washorrible...the chicken was hard as a rock and disgusting and the biscuits were the same...don't know what's wrong with thesepeople that work here but if the food is old don't sale it to the customers!!!! I'll never go back to this bojangles againdisgusting!!!!
