I stood at the front counter and listen to employees argue about who was going to ring me up at the register I just wanted a half gallon of sweet tea you wouldn't have had to made anything you would have had to reach into the refrigerator right beside the register hand it to me and I would hand you money and you walk away instead they just argue thought it was going to take my order the length of the argument took longer than it would have to take my order. It's not like anybody at this location cares about customer service so we're even read or care if they did read this review. Bojangles used to be a place where you could get a quality product and good customer service I don't understand why people who are not friendly get a customer service job

Order is never correct, f... read more This Bojangles used to be one that you could rely on to get your order correct and food hot. Past several months it has been horrible. Order is never correct, food is cold or it’s been sitting all day. Fries taste like it’s been refried. Customer service has been average at best. A lot of improvements need to happen at this location.
