Yanet served as our cashier and exceeded our expectations. She was very friendly and professional, and she answered all of our questions. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We would gladly return at any time. Yanet deserves a raise! View all feedback.
What Fartein Hamre doesn't like about Bojangles:
they had parked us (asien) and another Asian customer for our eating. they took 20 minutes to get our food while I count 5 cars that go through with their food. I don't think the other car has her earlier, send a local well-known journalist to check this place for discriminatory. View all feedback.
We loved watching them make biscuits through the window! Nice touch! Oh, the bathrooms were immaculate. Very clean, thank you for that. So ofter overlooked.
This place is filthy. Came in first thing this morning and it looked like the night shift didn?t clean at all. Floor was covered with last nights biscuits. See pics. Waited 20 minutes to place our order. Only 1 person in front of us. It was long enough to look around and see how dirty the place was. So we left. If the dining area looks this dirty, how dirty is the kitchen. Worst bojangles I?ve ever been to. Still love bojangles tho.
I called an order for my mother's birthday picnic last night, and I was told that my order would be ready at 1030. I came and parked in the pick-up and nobody came to us. The doors to the dining area were locked, and there was no answer when I knocked. I continued to call the phone number several times while waiting on the drive through the line that was wrapped around the building. When I came to the place to order what was now planned 30 minutes after my order, to be ready, I was told that there was no order that was written down last night. Then I waited 20 minutes until my order is finished. When I asked to talk to a manager, the person who came out had a look at her face and was rude to address my concerns. I asked if the store would do something to make the situation right for us that she answered rudely, what should I do? Then I waited 7 minutes until she came out and gave me gift cards that were less than a quarter of the value of my order. We checked the order and they misunderstood it. It's hard for me to believe that this is happening.
The girl at He fell through a window was really rude and said that they were completely out of the pickup and the only thing she had was honey mustard and ranch I don't think that 1 it doesn't believe that 1 bit was handed over in consideration of the car before us She was very ugly to us she was very rude to us for 25 cents for honey mustard for children when she ordered Agravy Biscuit Combo now with I will not be back to these bojangles. They were rude and ugly and the girl ruined the whole experience I don't know, but whoever she is, she needs a lesson and customer service
I always run to order BC, it seems every time I go through the drive-thru, my order is never right. However many times the door is locked You can't go and order because they are far understated and that's the Bojangles on Lenoir Ryne Boulevard in Hickory North Carolina. The young lady who usually takes my order is a young African-American lady and she is definitely not polite and she can never really remember my order and usually never gives me the exact change.
