I was looking for restaurants with gluten-free options after recently discovering my gluten intolerance. Bistro 127 had excellent ratings and reviews, so my husband and I decided to try it. We were not disappointed! The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. Our waitress spent a lot of time explaining which menu items were gluten-free and recommended a fantastic meal for me. Only a few appetizers and entrees couldn’t be made gluten-free. Our meal was absolutely delicious! I was very impressed with both the service and the food. Bistro 127 has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants!

When my meal arrived, I was thrilled to discover a wonderfully moist and flaky croissant that surpassed my expectations. It was so impressive that my aunt decided to order one as a side after seeing my dish. The only downside was that they were closed on Sundays, leaving me wishing I could enjoy that meal again the following day. The bacon was cooked to perfection—crispy without being too hard—making it a delightful complement to the meal. Overall, it was an outstanding breakfast!
This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! I had breakfast here, and the service was exceptional. I ordered the corned beef hash, which included sliced corned beef sautéed with home fries, while my friend got the chicken and waffles. Both dishes were amazing! They serve a spicy Chipotle maple syrup that is simply delightful. Whenever I'm in the area, I will definitely come back to try more of their dishes.
