The drive-thru service was quick, and the staff was very friendly while taking our order. Alex, who served us at the window, was polite and thoughtful. The food was hot and fresh. I highly recommend this location for its friendly, efficient, and outstanding customer service.

When my order arrived at the hotel, I discovered that there were no sauces included. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who informed me that it was just him and two employees working. He said there was nothing he could do and that I would have to go back to pick up the sauces myself. He was completely unhelpful in resolving the issue, offering no discount or compensation for the inconvenience, especially since the menu didn't provide an option to add sauces.
