What jd spell doesn't like about Pit Rib House:
Been going here for years, sadly the past 2 times I haven't been able to stomach the wings or Reubens meat. Both taste border line spoiled. Service is great, love the atmosphere, but what's the point if the food is inedible? Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
Had the pork chop. It was awesome. Tender and delicious. So good, cooked with wood!
Food was ok I obviously can prove it but I am sure the ribs we were served were boiled. The only time ive seen ribs with that solid grey color and no smoke ring that literally fall off the bone has been from boiled ribs.
Between my wife and I, we got shredded pork and beef brisket, bbq chicken and ribs. The food was excellent. My wife did say the brisket was a bit fatty, but that's not unusual. The service was great and attentive without being intrusive. The only thing was that the prices are really high. I was aware of most of the prices of bbq, but this was pretty high. I do understand that the prices for everything have done up, including restaurants but if we go back, it will have to be a special occasion. It was a good experience despite the price.
