Sonic Drive-in - Hickory Creek

Cassie/Cassandra took such great care of us. She came out to the car to take our order, as we were hard to hear. We have had a complicated order. And she got it all correct and made sure we knew which drinks were whitch and brought it to us with a smile! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

I paid extra for cheese tots, and LITERALLY got 4 little pieces of cheese. Not even half the cheese tots has cheese on them. The service was great. The car hop was super nice, and courteous. Didn 't even get mad when I asked to have an item remade after it was made incorrectly, but the food is trash. I wish it would let me upload the pics of this food. It 's ridiculous. Food: 1

If you're looking for a good iced coffee, I wouldn't recommend this location. If you want quality food from Sonic, head over to the one on Justin Rd 407, right off the highway—they really know how to cook and make coffee there. This place has a lot of room for improvement, and it might be time for a complete overhaul. The staff could definitely use some training on how to do their jobs properly.
