Been here three times now. I’ve told everyone that’s passed me on the Appalachian Trail to go here for the buffet. You can’t beat it! Price is fantastic and food is even better. It’s like grandma cooked just for you but it’s an all you can eat buffet. God bless this place! View all feedback.
What Brandi W doesn't like about Kountry Kitchen:
Now called Ga Moutain Restaurant. Terrible!!!! No longer a buffet with true southern cooking it's a small cafeteria style service . Food didn't even look good but we thought we would give it a chance . Meatloaf was dry no flavor, broccoli And sweet potato casserole no flavor collards were bitter cornbread was dry . You only get to choose a meat and certain number of veggies and you are charged that way . Dessert choi... View all feedback.
This restaurant has apparently changed names and is now named Ga. Mountain Restaurant. To say this restaurant is purely PITIFUL is being extremely kind. Everything, with very few exceptions, is served from a buffet table. Even though guests are told that it's a buffet that staff will fill your plate, the self identified owner stated they were not a buffet. My wife ordered a single biscuit with gravy and a pancake on the side. The pancake was, to say the least disappointing. A thin half cooked wafer with little flavor. The biscuit and gravy came straight from the buffet setup. I ordered two biscuits and gravy and a side order of bacon. Again the biscuits and gravy came directly from the buffet setup. The gravy tasted like it came straight from the pepper gravy mix bag. Bland is being extremely gracious! The highlight was the side of bacon, which consisted of four slices vs the usual three. The staff was just on the downside of worthless, with the exception of the cashier. Overall, a fairly disappointing experience with bland food and discourteous staff.

If you are used to eating at this place previously you will be very disappointed no fried chicken and no salad bar . I hope they change but not looking to promising.
We went there for lunch today and it was closed. Disappointed. WHY??? Food and service always great.

No longer serving breakfast was a disappointment, however lunch was excellent with an available buffet and the service was excellent as well. We will go there again for sure
