Description

Vicky Bakery is a popular local chain with standout coffee and classic baked fare but marred by inconsistent food quality and service. Customers report lukewarm shakes, sometimes unappetizing fillings and recurring order mistakes. Chronic understaffing and unreliable queue and phone-order handling lead to long waits and occasional rudeness, though some visits show clear improvement. Loyal patrons praise the product when the kitchen and front counter sync up; management would benefit from better staffing, clearer ordering policies and stricter quality control.

I have given Vicky Bakery several opportunities at different locations, but unfortunately, they just can't get it right. Both shakes I ordered were always served at room temperature because they left the milk out. It's really disappointing to expect a refreshing shake, only to be let down. Additionally, the cheese and ham pastries tasted like they were filled with cat food. I regret having to leave such a negative review, but I truly hope this chain can improve one day. Everything seems to be done very carelessly. I won't be giving them another chance and would rather support a smaller bakery where the staff genuinely cares about the quality of their food and service, rather than a chain where employees seem disinterested. I've lived in Miami my whole life, and the smaller bakeries never disappoint.

The service and food are exceptional at this bakery. I absolutely love it! The owners are incredibly friendly, and the staff is very attentive.

I have to give credit where it's due. After a year of experiencing issues with incorrect orders, I noticed an improvement when I ordered a Cuban sandwich with mayo only on the bread and nothing else. The attention and service were much better this time.

So I called this morning to place an order. Because it was a Saturday and I knew there would be a line I chose to call. The first attempt I was put on hold, then hung up on.Its fine it happens. When I called back,I was informed that I could either wait on hold or just come in and wait in line. They didn't have time to take my order because they were doing ÜBER and were full. This has been my favorite bakery for 8 years. I come from 52 avenue in Miami Gardens and pass 4 other bakerys to go to this one. This is unacceptable.I went to the one on Miramar parkway and it was fine. I will no longer be going to this location.I don't believe I'm being unreasonable. But the customer service was seriously lacking. Its a shame.

Food is average at best sadly. The service is really lacking. The wait is always really long. They have a numbering system but don't always use it. So do we stand in la line people make or select a number as indicated on the sign?
