Love the Bandeja Paisa and their Sopa de Costilla. By their register is a little window full of colombian candies, brings me back memories of my childhood. Overall, a great place to eat.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What Nathan Palacios doesn't like about Ricolombia:
Didn't have a single waiter served us we were there for 15 min without a single person attending us the waiters were on their phone or chatting with other customers horrible service don't recommend going there to eat View all feedback.
They ignore Uber eats orders. Don’t answer the phone.Food: 1/5
We came to the place today (memorial day) 30 minutes before closing. The apparent manager and 2 employees went on their way out and told us you should 've come earlier and I said on google maps your schedule says you guys close at 8pm. And she said there was no one coming so we are closing now .Dear owner of the restaurant, you should evaluate your employees ' customer satisfaction skills. They are making you lose money.
Due to the freshness of the food took a little longer than expected for order. But well worth the wait.Food: 5/5
Overall, the food here is decent, but the service is not good. This restauarant is towards the back of a plaza parking lot between chiropractor and some random pharmacies and medical facilities. The inside has a bar with 5 seats and a counter to order, and 8 tables to sit down. The setup inside is interesting and has items from Colombia hung up. The experience sitting down is nice. The service is very slow and the staff are not attentive. After giving the menu and taking the initial order, staff are not present. Walked by several times and didnt look in the table's direction. Multiple tables with people turning around towards the counter or getting up and going to ask. The staff was nice, just very slow. The food was average, but not worth the wait. Bandeja Paisa with carne asada and with carne mollida came about 20 minutes apart, and even though the food was a little cold, it tasted good. Not sure if it was sitting at the window or what it was cold.If you are the type who can wait 20 minutes to get an empanada as an appetizer, and has no problem getting up multiple times to remind the staff of the food you are waiting on, it is a cool hole in the wall type place. Honestly would not recommend, and probably would be better off trying another place.
