The ginger jars at los Gaines have been helpful for my wife and I. Having it every morning has been helping with her allergies and also keep our immune system on point.

This place includes not only a gym with fantastic vibes, they also have a good variety of juices (5) for them to choose, as well as smoothies, dishes and dishes. they can even get the juices frozen for later use. the personal is super friendly.
The owner is super sweet, best customer service and especially in miami, where most are all rude. and those who love are amazing. is recommended to anyone who wants a sweet person to not only get their money.
Really good, refreshing and tasty smoothie. Service was very pleasant and welcoming.
