What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
While I was waiting in line, I noticed a girl who kept going in and out. She walked straight up to the register while everyone else was waiting and cut in line, and the cashier allowed it. The line is always long, yet it seems that some people—perhaps her friends—receive special treatment. I don't think I'll return, and I certainly won't recommend it to others. After the store got my coffee order wrong through uber Eats, they re-did my coffee and personally delivered it to me and with a smile. They even threw in complimentary donuts as a sorry. Honestly in a time when customer service is a rarity, it was such a pleasure to have this kind of service. View all feedback.
