My server was superb.! I drunk a few fountain beers and couldn't eat the food, I took it home and warmed it up later. The food was still pretty good, but of course better freshly cooked. The atmosphere and environment was really great, a few birthday parties, a lot of laughing and family interactions. I would definitely recommend this Chili's for family, fun and a piece of mind. What A doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
Clean enough, servers are nice enough, the food is microwaved enough. The pasta looked microwaved anyways, the melted cheeses had that plastic film look. Tasted terrible. The menu says burgers are cooked well done with no pink, but mines had pink so medium rare? It tasted fine. The black beans tasted like cigarettes, nothing could describe it better. I want to start off by saying I have been to this Chili’s so many times and it has been an alright experience. However today that changed my mind I had the best experience ever thanks to my waiter Shivan. She is such an amazing person, she had great customer service, we were seated and attended all within minutes, the food came out very fast, warm and delicious. Again I would like to thank my amazing waiter Shivan.
Amazing service from Ashley she is the best. I wish all waiters were just like her, supper interactive, and always making sure we enjoyed our food.
Great hosts, the nachos were different from what I usually see but still great ! The ribs and corn were fantastic.
I was very empressed. It was my first time at this restaurant on NW 57th Avenue. Customer service by Alexis was excellent. She appeared in tuned to customers needs and always kept that smile, behind her mask, even if she is not at tables. Pleasant atmosphere. I had Shrimp Fajita 3 combo meal. It was hot, grilled, spicy deeeee-licious. Everything was perfect and am planning on returning to that same location again... Perfecto .
My family and I stopped and dined for dinner. Our wait time was about 15 min. Our waiter Jamie and staff was great. Had to request to speak with the manager just to compliment the overall staff. When the manager Ronald came over, I shared with him the outstanding service and team work of the staff. Our food was fresh and hot. Drinks refilled without having to wait to catch someone's attention. And checking out was a breeze. Highly recommend this location.
