I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was stale, and the customer service was terrible. They charge a fee for using a debit card instead of a credit card, and they expect tips for pickup orders. When I didn’t tip on my last pickup, they refused to take my order this time. Everything was delicious: the coffee and the cakes. The staff were friendly too.
