Worst Wawa I?ve ever been. Visited at night and had terrible experience. Employees are disorganized and have a bad attitude. I saw the bad reviews but wanted to give them a chance. Food is not too good and the menu is very limited compared to other Wawa?s. Also for the coffee drinkers, it?s not good. The coffee never really has flavor, I don?t know if it?s a lack of experience in making a drink but it?s never sweet. From my experience, I can say that the lattes are terrible. It?s literally just milk and coffee with nothing to sweeten it. Lattes do have chocolate or caramel and other flavors of course but I?ve been there plenty of times and roughly 80%of the time the coffee is no good. Not sure what?s going on there but you?re better off at Starbucks paying more unfortunately but it?ll be worth it. I had a fantastic experience here! Their hot chocolate is delicious, and the pepperoni melt is amazing! I'm not sure why there are so many complaints, but I've witnessed some customers being quite rude to the staff, which is unwarranted.
I live just five minutes away and I'm constantly visiting this place. Bridget, I believe, is always cheerful and in a great mood when she prepares my food. She's genuinely kind and even mentioned last time that she packed my burrito extra full, which made me laugh! In all the times I've been there, I’ve never encountered rude staff like some other reviews suggest. In fact, they are quite friendly. The food is great, and I absolutely love their milkshakes. If there’s ever a mistake, they fix it quickly when you bring it to their attention.
I ordered an Italian hoagie, specifying that I didn’t want it toasted. Instead, it arrived toasted, without any lettuce or tomato, and had mustard on it. My boyfriend’s quesadilla was cut into six tiny slices, which would be fine if he were a toddler or had a very small mouth. The staff here all seemed to have an attitude problem, and none of them were particularly pleasant to deal with. It’s not the kind of place where you’d feel comfortable having someone handle your food. Coming from New Jersey and having visited plenty of Wawa locations, I found this experience to be extremely disappointing and by far the worst I’ve had at a place that I typically love.
