If you're considering applying here, be aware that the manager has cameras in the back and monitors you even when you're off the clock. I found this out firsthand when she was rude to me for sitting down; I was just confused about what to do. I tried to explain that I could have asked for help and acknowledged my mistake, but she responded in a passive-aggressive manner. By my second day, I was already plotting my exit because I felt so miserable there. What a disappointment.
I ordered on the App for pickup on 5/11/21 5:50pm. The wraps I ordered are typically very messy but these were made perfectly, I've never had a wrap made so well, the individual who made them deserves a raise :
Would love it If this location would start honoring Subway's coupons again... Subway's prices have gotten so out of hand that generally I'll just skip ordering anything at all rather than pay full price. I've heard that the stores actually lose money on some of these coupons which is unfortunate because a sandwich shouldn't cost $12 to make in the first place, but it's also unfortunate to lose customers due to them chosing other options like Jersey Mike's or Firehouse for the price
The hours posted on the door indicate that they are open from 9 AM to 9 PM, Monday through Sunday, but in reality, they close at 8 PM. When I called to inquire about this inconsistency, the staff became argumentative. I cannot recommend dining here as they do not adhere to health codes; I noticed that the staff were not wearing hats or hairnets.
Awesome employees at night! They know me and my order. Always super cool. Parking: Parking lot up front sucks. Full of holes. 2 front spaces for Subway and 1 is curbside and the other is handicap. So you have to park in BFE. and its wide open out there so the wind pretty much annihilates your face. The salon next door usually has most front spaces utilized.
