Additio... read more I was quite disappointed with my meal. I paid $13 for food that didn’t seem fresh; it was only warm and looked like it had been sitting out for a while. Additionally, my order was wrong. I also felt rushed while placing my order, as the staff member who took it was a bit snappy. I don’t think I will return to this location; this isn't the first time I've had a negative experience here. I went back hoping it would be better, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

He was very nice amd tried to fix it. One of the shift leaders didn't help at all. She was literally confused of her job. The burgers were hard and burnt and the fries were mooshy. After waiting for a long time for our food and then them already having to fix it once. Nope wasn't going to try again. But thank-you to the manager that came out. He was very nice!!

The dining area was well kept and clean. I ordered a oreo shake to end my day. The shake was extra thick and this is the first location that actually put some cookie on the top. Best shake I've had in a while and definitely the best I've had at a Carl Jr. The staff was very friendly and was all smiles. I definitely recommend this location.

The manager was great she gave us some extra cookies for the kids because of the longwait it took to get our food. They improve every time I go.

Food was good but got my first fast food long hair in my burger after eating 3/4s of it. I lost my appetite after spitting it out. Brought it up to the counter to let them know. I honestly didn't want reimbursement and I know thingshappen. But as I seen all the employees with long hair etc and no hair nets it became a gross feeling of what I ate. Theyreimbursed my burger with a fresh one but couldn't eat it. Management.... the crew was good to make it right and no faultthere... but a set standard of quality control would be nice!

There's never condiments the drive through is only open when they feel like opening it.

I waited over 15 minutes for them, meanwhile the 4 customers that ordered food after me, got their food. When I finallygot my milkshakes, one of which was supposed to have whip cream, didn?t. The kid making them apologized for the wait, sayingsorry for the wait and not putting whip cream on it. When I get outside with the shakes, they are completely liquid! I bringthem back in, explain the situation, request a refund for one and a remake of the other, which comes out again like straightliquid! I will not be ordering from here again! For comparison, I took a picture with the loves fountain cup.
