Based on other reviews, it seems that this restaurant has rude customer service. It is not acceptable to question a customer's intelligence, especially while working behind the register. I will be reaching out to the head office about this issue. View all feedback.
Staff generally surly and unfriendly. Quite the opposite of what you'd expect from a M&S outlet!
Today I was waiting at my pump for 5 mins before they switched it on had to ask them… not even as much as an apology. They seem to get overwhelmed as soon as it’s a little bit busy and let customer service standards, manners and basic training go out the window. would like to see how they would get on in London.Would just like to say that’s not all the staff have had some lovely interactions in this BP.
Shocking customer service from the manager. Disgusting hygiene no rat traps seen multiple rats round the back near the bin .
Today i asked for a iced Latte and recieved this horrific iced drink, looked like baby sick and tasted like water. Staff should be trained at a more professional standard than just cheqp labour! Much improvement needed.
Brand new BP! Clean and decent. Starbucks coming up around next to it
