On top of tha... read more There was a new waiter in the restaurant who was not friendly at all. Over the last 20 years personnel was always very friendly, but not this one. On top of that, I ordered duck, which was still raw. After calling him, the whole restaurant could hear me, but not him, he finally came and asked if he had to remove my plate. I answered please do, because I can not chew this meat. After a while I got my plate back with a deeply fried duck. We all know that duck has to be served rosé , not baked completely through and not raw as well. So I only tried one piece and didn 't finish my plate at all. When the waiter came back to take my plate I told him that the duck was not okay, but he couldn 't care less. No apologies, no compensation. As a dessert I had brownie with coffee ice cream, which was very nice, only the brownie was an ordinary, dry chocolate cake. I am a client at Voltaire for more than 25 years. They really disappointed me, bad service, bad food : .
