We celebrated our wedding at Hever Hotel on August 30th, and from the moment we booked in November, the staff was exceptional! They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive, making the planning process seamless. It was a joy to collaborate with them. We received a fantastic package, and the team was very accommodating with our requests. Many guests remarked on how delightful the food was, and I didn't hear a single complaint from anyone. The rooms are spacious and offer great value for money. My only piece of constructive feedback is that the drinks are on the pricey side. Aside from that, I cannot recommend Hever Hotel highly enough. A special thank you to Simon (manager), Catherine, and Maisie (events planners) for making our day so memorable. You’re all amazing! xxxx
Lovely room. Dinner was excellent.
I would not recommend this place. I had to sit through a 90-minute presentation that was supposedly about the hotel, but it turned out to be a time share pitch and felt like a huge scam. I voiced my concerns, but the hotel didn’t seem to care and didn’t respond to my comments. Overall, I’m very disappointed.
