What User doesn't like about Hever:
After numerous attempts via phone calls and emails, my mother still has not received a response regarding our stay in September or information on how we can get a refund. The hotel claims they have reached out to all guests regarding their stay, but based on the reviews I've seen, it seems like we were the only ones who didn't receive any communication. I would not recommend this hotel at all. View all feedback.
Shambala spa is amazing, so relaxing massage was bliss, rooms are ok, but dating for dinner soo? it is worth the money, most dishes are at least £15.

Stayed here for one night and ate in the bar and everything was lovely and tasty! Room was ok too with everything that I could have asked for. Will be back next time in the area! Hope the breakfast is as good in the morning????
We stayed last night loved every minute, Staff couldn’t of been more helpful, Lovely Food, Beautiful Room and Stunning surroundings.
Delicious adtrrnnin tea. also caters for vegetarian diners too
