Was Anonym at Hever a mag?
We stayed for 2 nights, ate in the Restaurant first night.... room was lovely, warm, spacious, excellent beds, clean, luxurious yet homely. Would absolutely stay again! View all feedback.

After numerous attempts via phone calls and emails, my mother still has not received a response regarding our stay in September or information on how we can get a refund. The hotel claims they have reached out to all guests regarding their stay, but based on the reviews I've seen, it seems like we were the only ones who didn't receive any communication. I would not recommend this hotel at all. View all feedback.

The hotel claims they have reached out to everyone to discuss their weddings, but based on other reviews, it seems that we are not the only ones who have been left in the dark. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
My niece has been attempting to reach out to the hotel regarding her wedding in October, but has not received a response. It appears that she is not the only one experiencing this issue. The customer service is very poor.
The Shambala Spa is an incredible experience, with a relaxing massage that was pure bliss. The rooms are decent but a bit outdated. However, the dinner options are superb and definitely worth the money, although most dishes are priced at least £15.
