The dishes outside the menu were recommended and both starter and main course were taken. We were shocked by the prices at checkout. The bottle of wine was 3 euros too much and the starter and main course were exorbitantly high. Both in comparison to the dishes on the menu and in quantity and quality. Unimaginative salad and over-fried chips. Very disappointing!

Lettuce with the shrimps brown and very simple and served too cold. The veal spaillard very dry, thawed out of the freezer too quickly, it seemed. Such a shame while the ambiance is very cozy. Products good v t starter, but preparation is very disappointing. The price quality is not right this evening. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €60–70

Delicious food, we both had the daily special and the advance was also excellent. Had enough and I drank a nice wine, so no more room for dessert, so just a delicious espresso and a tea. We would love to come back again, also always nice that the service is always very pleasant and it is also nice to stay there. Heusden alone is worth a visit and ending here has been great.
