Traditional German cuisine. No surprise and a bit from the last millennium. Practical, delicious. Friendly service.
Clean, expensive kitchen! Never again! Bims, warmed potatoes, steak without spices, asparagus completely ruined, boiled. Souce Hollandaise from the big bucket. To crown, I could eat the asparagus from the cake plate.
It's not bad there, but nothing special. It was better. It could beat a bit more, but the target group that moves there probably looks different.
So far I have only heard well about the wine cups: good bourgeois cuisine, ambience adaptation, beautiful forest edge with mill wheel on the brook behind the house... that sounds all good. But unfortunately it is also different: the Advent buffet on the 4th Advent Sunday was a pure catastrophe from the organization: 1. The Bufett was built very closely to walk around. 2. The room was too small! 3. Many too many guests have been accepted. The result: A queue of up to 8 meters on the way to the front door was created very quickly. You'll eat. Why were no fewer guests accepted? The bufat then well built in one of the many rooms, accessible from ALL sides and contributed so much to the satisfaction of the guests. Unfortunately, many, even older dominations have always gone unsuccessfully to breasts, did not want to stand for so long, often without food (main course) or only with small salad... and finally very frustrated paid. This dissatisfaction was expressed in all adjacent tables!!! So it's not a single perception. The answer was polite for the staff: that was worse last year! That's what's going on. Nevertheless: The food was very diverse in main dishes, salad buffet and dessert. It was always laid!!! Qualitative can be said: good average. You can live well when it tastes.... but not with hours of standing, employees who do not manage in half an hour to get drinks on the table and angry guests who decided to be too expensive! And: In principle, €23.50 for a tits in Advent are not too expensive! However, these services have already been experienced.
