The manager personally visited our table to check on our experience and mentioned that they are training staff, assuring us that any unsatisfactory item would be replaced. Everything was great with no problems.

Instead, they provided me with five 10-piece nugget boxes and charged me nearl... read more I ordered a 50-piece chicken nugget, but was informed that it wasn't on the menu. Instead, they provided me with five 10-piece nugget boxes and charged me nearly $30. When I got home, which is only a quarter mile away, I found that I had only four sauces for the nuggets, and to my dismay, the chicken was cold! It felt like they just gave me whatever they had left over. This is very unprofessional! You’ve definitely lost me as a customer. I do not recommend this place at all!

A new staff member assisted us and she was excellent, but it was clear that she was not receiving any help from her teammates. I noticed a male employee pass by her while she was struggling and he didn't offer any assistance. There appears to be a lack of communication among the staff. Although our order was taken correctly, it somehow still ended up being incorrect.

They'll just give you whatever they feel like at the time and gladly take your money. There’s really no excuse for this other than sheer laziness and incompetence. Step up your game, Wendy's staff!
