What Mark S doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Very disappointing trip to Mc D's this time, this one is usually not to bad but this trip.. they are halfway doing kiosk and front counter person but don't tell you. My quarter lb burger looked like they sat on it when we finally got our order. As a food critic, I recently visited McDonald's and had a mixed experience. While the drive-thru wait time was initially reasonable, the frustration arose when I was asked to park on the side to wait for my order to be brought out to me. This additional wait time was disappointing, especially as it resulted in the food being delivered to me cold. The drive-thru service could be improved by minimizing the time customers are made to wait for their orders and ensuring that food is promptly delivered to maintain its desired temperature and quality.In conclusion, it's clear that McDonald's has room for improvement in terms of the drive-thru wait time and order delivery, which impacts the overall dining experience.
First time here, and we went on a McFlurry run. Customer service was great.
I ask for no pickles and they added to all my burgers, plus when you try to call they hangs up on you.
One of the worst ones in the HD.$20 an hour so they can ignore you, look right at you and act like you're not even there. Then they have a bad attitude when you ask for what you paid for after waiting for a long time. It was not even busy at all.
Sandwich breakfast is ok, prices are WAY to high and they don't offer seniors discounts. ?
