Kaisergarten - Herzogenrath

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Some of the employees were probably having a bad day and were walking around with us looking distorted and quite annoyed. Nevertheless, I would like to thank the boss for acting professionally and keeping her calm in order to give her customers the best possible welcome. However, I lost my appetite and went out again within 10 minutes. I hope that the next visit will be better and more hospitable. If not, I'll unfortunately have to avoid the store in the future.

Very dense ..a lot of choice. It is always filled, and there are many different dishes. Also the children are not too short, there is enough choice for children . The staff is friendly . And the price is for me personally also oke ..you can eat as much as you at the buffet.

Very tasty and especially the tables that are a bit distant are very beautiful. for my taste are the farms and also the chef who cooks fresh, a little too slow. both with drinks and with removal of dirty plates it is often difficult to order something, in principle I have the impression that they are simply overwhelmed. the price is good, as with other Mongolian buffets, about 15€ plus drinks. I also care about hygiene where there is nothing to complain in this restaurant, toilets etc always clean. all in all always satisfied and occasionally worth a visit!

A clean and very beautiful ambience, the food looks not only attractive and tasty, it is also very tasty and is continuously filled so you don't have to wait long for the treats. The service is very friendly, the tables are personally disinfected and cleaned before each guest. Quick reservation and a maximum value for money! Is something for everyone and only recommend whether with friends or family, good appetite is always guaranteed there!
