Li... read more Unfortunately, on both of our visits to Ignatz, we were completely ignored by the staff present. This despite the fact that 8 people were working in service. Like the first time, we left after 20 minutes of unsuccessful attempts to order. Fortunately, the HerzoBar is located below the Ignatz, where we were served promptly, in a friendly and courteous manner. So it turned out to be a nice evening after all.
