There is ample parking on the Boulevard next to this Starbucks. There are plenty of seats both inside and outside for customers who want to relax and enjoy their drinks. The service is quick, but my only complaint is that their washing machine keeps breaking and they only offer takeaway cups, which is not very environmentally friendly. View all feedback.

Ordered through JustEat. One hot drink and one iced coffee. I received a half filled cup of ingredients, hygiene sticker taken off and replaced with so sorry no ice stuck over the lid. I 've called them over 20 times, Emailed and used Social media for my refund and 0 reply. Absolute joke of a place!
Forgot our drinks. People received Drinks that ordered after us. Left us Standing waiting. Extremely rude staff. No apology. Just looked at us no communication. Shocking never had such rude service
Useless . 5 people in the queue , they are soooooooo slow. One manager and a trainee and one on the toll . With a queue the manager walks off and counts drinking cups on a shelf . The trainee gets a drink wrong and asks for help . Waiting 10 mins for a normal coffee , go to costa or even drive to a Nero and you’ll get your coffee quicker ! Painful
I'm not sure what has happened since the refurb at Borehamwood but the new staff team are absolutely shocking! We visit Starbucks every morning for our coffee before work but since the refurb, the service is ridiculously slow, the staff don't listen and get the orders wrong, they are then rude when you politely let them know the order is wrong. They don't seem able to even make a coffee properly. They also never have any of the special drinks advertised ever and constantly running out of everything! Incredibly disappointing I will now be going to Costa!
Don't waste your money on this restaurant. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. We have had multiple bad experiences here, but today was the final straw. They consistently get our orders wrong, charge us for the mistakes, and then refuse to correct them. When we point out their errors, they become defensive and argumentative. The service is slow and the quality of the coffee is poor. It is evident that the staff lack proper training. Avoid the chaos and long wait times at this busy location. Additionally, don't bother trying any promotional drinks as they are often unavailable. People deserve better treatment for their hard-earned money. Rather than spending £4.50 on a negative experience here, consider visiting a Costa Coffee instead.
