I visit this restaurant at least once a week because it's incredibly delicious! I always make sure to get at least 5 chocolate bars each time I go. You can choose whatever you want and even take it to go. It's so exciting! The food is amazing and I appreciate that they offer a loyalty card where you can still earn rewards from other cards. What railwaysaregreat doesn't like about Shake Tastic:
The cash register was not working and there was no sign indicating so. After waiting for 15 minutes, we finally reached the front of the line, only to be told that they were not accepting cash or coins. View all feedback.
The shakes are great for the kids, but as someone who is lactose intolerant, I always find that they are out of lactose-free ice cream for the shakes.
My grandchildren love this place. They would be happy to come here every day. We have some issues every time we visit, because they want more of everything. However, we always have a good time. Unfortunately, the food is not very healthy.
The service at this restaurant is unwelcoming, and customers are treated impersonally like they are just a number. It feels like a factory assembly line.
I went to Shaketastic in mill hill and they were very friendly and amazing service, they gave me a free topping and had a chat with me while they were making it. Definitely reccomend
Parking on site is full . No customers in the shop who are actuall parking in the space. Therefore customers who need to drop off to get a shake cannot because spaces are property of other shops. Younger generation cannot take constructive critasium to bad service. Tried to make a telephone order , the staff member Alex on the phone said I cannot make a telephone order and need to come in. I was extremely shocked that in a modern age it’s not possible to place an order over the phone ???? I put the phone down and walked into the shop and the manager whos car is parked in the customer car park was also argumentative and would not see the situation from a customers perspective. Staff should not be parking in areas for customer One thing to note the staff member Alex does not know if I have children in the car hence having to call to make the order in the first place. I think shaketastic need to audit the type of people they employ and have a few mistry shoppers come into the store to observe how their staff are truly serving the general public. In all honesty after the way they both made me feel I don’t even want to drink this milkshake any more. BAD SERVICE. Would not recommend it. And do not want to spend my money there again.
