I visited Nandos, and it was a delightful experience. Our meal began with a warm welcome at our table, where we placed our order through the app. The friendly Nandos staff assisted us with everything we needed, including napkins and drinks. What User doesn't like about Nando's Borehamwood:
Visited during covid restrictions in January. Were shown to a table and lefrt to it. Took a while to figure out we had to order by phone. Food took a while and was average at best. Very over priced. Nandos are milking it; there is better value at pretty much anywhere else (except pizza hut which is even more overpriced). View all feedback.
Always have a good experience every time I come here, the service is always fast and eating is always hot and fresh. sometimes there can be waits at peak times, but these are handled efficiently.
We all know that Nandos food is fantastic but what makes this place great is the friendly staff. we come here often and always get ge same 5-Star treatment. Thank you

Wow, we really love the new decor at this Nando's; it's fantastic! We decided to come back because they've added bottles of red wine back to the menu, which they had replaced with cans last year. The food was also excellent—definitely a big improvement. The side green salad had a fresh taste, and the dressing was delicious, especially with the addition of pine nuts. Great job, Nando's! I'm so glad we can dine with you again.
The restaurant has undergone some changes, although they haven't added any new seating. There’s also been a shift in staff. However, Brad is still around, donning his trainee badge. He's been a trainee since he first started a while ago, and he provides the kind of customer service that all Nando's employees should aspire to. I'm disappointed to see one of the younger managers leave; I watched him work his way up from the bottom to become a head chef. It’s inspiring to see young people take pride in their work.
