Kiyoto Sushi - Hertsmere

Although the food is delicious and we are frequent customers, today's service was disappointing. We felt deceived. We requested extra Wasabi Ginger, but they did not include the appropriate amount in the original packaging. They assured us they would add more, but when we got home, there was none in the packaging. This happened just 5 minutes ago. This was for my daughter and I was truly upset. My advice: Do not use the collection service, never rely on the staff, and always double-check to ensure they have included what you asked for in the order box.

We had another fantastic meal at this restaurant. The food was excellent as always - fast, efficient, and simply awesome. They use fresh ingredients in all of their dishes, and the service always comes with a smile. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!

The Salmon Teriyaki and Salmon Crunch roll were both delicious. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. I ordered takeout and it was ready exactly when I asked for it, and still hot.

Food always excellent and staff. My son flew in from New York for his stag in England and on the plane he said to me mum ordered the food and I did and it was as good as it always was when he lived in the UK. Thank you so much love Lindsey Yishahau
