Unico Italiano - Hertford

I usually go here every so often and it has been very good went on a Saturday night with partner but problem is that there was no management in so the poor staff had to serve and greet guest at sametime even when they are fully booked they are still excepting customers with no reservations so it was making us wait for 20mins to be served and to get drinks too and we were getting lukewarm food due to the staff being busy the management should always been in so our experience wasnt very good

Excellent pizza and pasta. Authentic flavour. Now need to work on better desserts and fresher desserts my rumbaba was not up to scratch. Food however amazing. Visited 3 times and will go again.

This place has amazing food and offer amazing service. The staff are welcoming and enthusiastic which is hard to find, they are attentive in just the right way. I would highly recommend

Do not visit this restaurant! It has recently come under new management, which was only evident to us after we arrived and saw a sign on the door. The website still indicates that it is open as usual and we were able to book a reservation through OpenTable. I recommend waiting to book until you can confirm that the restaurant is actually open for business.

The service was outstanding and the food was incredible!
