The Baker Arms - Hertford

Due to the impact of the coronavirus, the restaurant was empty so I cannot comment on the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My roast was decent, but my 11-year-old daughter ordered the special of small ribs for £8 and was disappointed to receive only 4 mini ribs that were mostly fat. I had to make her dinner when we got home. The desserts were small portions for the price, resulting in a pricey bill for our meal. It's unfortunate because the pub itself is nice.

Great food good sized portions and excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

We had a roast wbich was ok My daughter Aged ordered a small ribs kitchen staff were kind to serve this as it was a weekday special but it was v disappointing- she was given mini ribs which were mainly fat so I then had to cook her dinner on our return home. Puddings were v small portions for the price. A pricey bill for what we had. Shame as nice pub !

The restaurant offers delicious food with generous portions at a great price. The staff were friendly and attentive.
