This charming pub is conveniently located right in the heart of Hertford. While it's situated on a main road, which can lead to some noise, its central location is a definite plus. Loved the atmosphere and the 2 for 1 cocktails. We had some food too which was delicious. When I asked to see a specific football match the staff was happy to help finding the right TV channel. The service was excellent, the toilets clean and I can't wait to go back after the lockdown.
Great staff and beautiful venue, when I'm next in the area I will be sure to drop by again.

Very quiet on a Sunday evening, but at least they were open, unlike most other pubs in the town
I came here just to watch the rugby, so I didn't actually eat. The atmosphere for sports is fantastic, with plenty of TVs and seating options. The service was excellent, even offering table service for beer. Overall, it was a great experience.
