Mcdonald's - Herstal

I hope I was there on a bad day. I was really dissatisfied with my visit there and yet we rarely expect much from a fast food restaurant. When ordering at the terminal the bins were already full on the ground floor and there were no numbered signs available, so we had to go get the sign at the counter yourself and when the food arrived it was already cold, when I left, I didn't know how to clear my tray because the trash cans were still full.
