Really great crepe experience here! When I say this was a one man show that is a literal statement. We came in around 10:30am on a Saturday with a party of 11. We were the first ones there but it filled up in the following hour. There was one personworking, taking orders, making crepes, serving coffee. Thanks to all for your valuable reviews. We will continue, here at Au Bon Lieu, to do our best to provide an authentic experience. Please ask for a free sweet crepe when you come for lunch and order two savory crepes (promotion valid between 10 am and 2 pm. Monday to Friday). Our favorite ones are the dark chocolate with strawberries, the lemon, and the sour cream with fresh blueberries and brown sugar. This later was suggested by one of our valuable customers. If you have any suggestions, please let us know. We are always open to new flavors and new combinations. We added another crepe this week, an inspiration from a tradition of the city of Fes called Pastilla; chicken, with caramelized onions and raisins, spices, topped with sugar and cinnamon, served with optional mozzarella.

Wonderful, wonderful little place. Great food, great people, great feeling. Will definitely return next time I'm in Hershey!
