Very courteous and nice s... read more I was in this beautiful hotel for 3 days. From the S-Bahn Herrsching about 10 min walk away, I had no car and traveled with the Öffis. Very courteous and nice staff, especially at breakfast very nice staff arrived. Stay was connected with wellness package and half board, I had booked refueling and it was great, I really relaxed and well recovered in the 3 days. I had a single room with balcony to the street in the 1st OG, which was unfortunately very loud. At night I could only sleep with a closed window, but in July the room was very hot. There was a fan in the room. Unfortunately, I can confirm that the furniture back and the door slash from previous reviews, I only sleep with ear blinds in hotels and when I was awake earlier, I could all hear these sounds. The room was very clean. For wellness there was a bag with towel, slippers and bathrobe in the room. My incompatibilities and restaurant table reservations have been told to the kitchen for dinner, the waiters have always discussed it. Unfortunately, a waitress couldn't start with half board when I talked to her about menu. The food was served quickly and was delicious, very fine and of high quality. A reservation for hotel guests in the evening is recommended as it is very well visited by external guests. The location is unbeatable, right on the promenade and with beautiful sunsets I have let the evenings sound out. The lobby is very cozy, you feel right well. Personally, a fridge and coffee tea preparation would still be missing in the rooms. I strongly recommend it!

We can also recommend the spa area and its massage treatments to everyone! All in all, it is highly recommended!

Our family has been going there regularly for brunch for years, usually on St. Nicholas Day, but what we experienced today shocked us all! The quality (the pretzels, among other things, were ancient) has declined significantly, and the selection has been drastically reduced! And yet they still charged me €5.00 for parking! We will never make a reservation there again, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place!

All the s... read more I booked spontaneously for one night. I made a mistake, but the gentleman at reception immediately took care of it and found the best solution for me! All the staff were very friendly and accommodating! The dinner and breakfast were both very good! I was lucky with the room; everything was up-to-date. I'd gladly come back!
