I particularly appreciate the seasonal products put to the spotlight: peas, asparagus, pigeon, fountain salmon. cooked for the pleasure of an authentic taste. high quality. and then, happy to see vincent realize the dream of her child and prepare us for these dishes with so much passion and professionalism. Leaving to discover the spring menu to celebrate the diamond weddings (60 years) of my parents, enchanted by the flavors of the multiple tastings! again a big thank you to my nathal friends and wine and all in the kitchen! I'll be back!
Superb evening during which nathalie and vincent made us travel through flavors that explode in the mouth. By blending aesthetically, the tasted wines have taken the foods through many wine regions of france and elsewhere, revealing the visual compositions of very high level! the imagination of the chefs has marvelled us...Congratulations for your project maturely ended.
