While the restaurant is open only certain evenings (thus only for dinner), it is worth planning for. We especially enjoy the Chicken Carolus and the beer and bacon soup. The atmosphere in here is perfect because the music is not loud, and the light is not harsh. The owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. This is one of our most favorite places in Puebla and is a well-kept secret; we come here about once a week.
