From the outside this looks fairly low key, but once inside it a lovely heritage building that has been simply but beautifully renovated in a local style. A group of us were taken to this restaurant by our Mexican colleagues. All of the food was excellent, as was their selection of wine and meszcals. Service was good too - efficient and courteous. And definitely try the tamarind margarita! ;) View all feedback.
What Деслав Кукуряшков doesn't like about Entre Tierras:
Even though the place is very nice and is really well located, I was very disappointed with the food and service. We had a late lunch here and even though the restaurant was not full, the service was terrible. First off, we had to remind them twice to bring our drinks. I ordered a soup and a corn and the completely forgot about the soup. The appetizers were ok but not for the price and the food was good but not excep... View all feedback.

I had the Lasagna with red cabbage and eggplant which was excellent as was well as the cream of corn soup. My wife had a side order of wild mushrooms in a red wine reduction that was excellent. The arracheras was very good as was the fish. All dishes were plated very nicely. The service was good in that they brought all the courses together.
This place is amazing! It is the only restaurant I had come across in my travels with a vegetarian menu and waiters who could explain the menu in English. The choices are plentiful and the waiters such as Christian who served me couldn't do enough. The cheese and mushrooms tortilla starter is great as was the vegetarian lasagne. I'd also recommend the corn on the cob on the side as this was something very special - loved it and it was a new recipe to take home. It is pricier than other places as I paid 480 including service for a starter, main and two soft drinks but it's comparative to the UK by price but equals the quality of a restaurant for a much higher cost back home. Really enjoyed the experience and would be back in a heartbeat!
The building is very pretty and the restaurant is decorated very nicely. The food and service were good. Only mishap which I believe should not happen in a restaurant like this one is that one of the side dishes I ordered was no longer available. Right in front of the restaurant there's a fabulous Mexican candy store, must not miss!!
Aside from service being a bit tardy towards the end of the meal, more or less expected in central and south Mexico, this restaurant hit a grand slam, clearing all the bases. The wait staff was courteous and helpful, the wine and spirits list more than adequate (although they struggled finding a dry white), presentation unrivaled and quality of fare the best we have had in 20+ years periodically visiting Puebla. The restaurant was recommended by a friend, and generally we take recommendations from anyone anywhere with a grain of salt, but this one was on the mark.Ambiance was lovely, traditional and vintage with that touch of French of course, not unusual for Puebla. Location is walkable from almost anywhere in the centro histórico (say if you are staying within ten blocks of the zócalo).Price was within the ballpark of a high end quality restaurant anywhere in Puebla or Oaxaca (where we live), and given that portions were healthy enough when coupled with a couple of appetizers and complementary breads and the like, there was really nothing to complain about. If I'm content at the end of a meal based on quality of food and service, I'll happily pay. There were four of us, and the cost with drinks and no dessert, including a healthy tip, was 1400 pesos per couple.Next visit to Puebla, we'll be back, without any doubt.
