The food was quite excellent. But compared to previous times, things are going the wrong way in terms of what you pay for and what you get. Got the lunch steak, which used to be NOK 119. It now stands at NOK 169... but the steak is still the same size and the chef is STILL finding it difficult to reach the degree of doneness that you want it to be. Also ordered a dessert their Queen's delight, a Belgian waffle with soft ice cream and chocolate sauce. It has also increased in price enormously before DKK 49, now DKK 79 but the size of the waffle has shrunk considerably and has lost some of the former crispness that made it extra delicious. The food is still ok, but the newer prices will surely deter parts of the restaurant chain's core segment from returning again. I advise against visiting this restaurant due to the high prices compared to the quality of the food. My wife and I had an early dinner here on a weekday. We had made a reservation, but the place was far from full. The staff were numerous and our order was processed quickly. However, the food was a big disappointment. The burger was dry and the fries had the consistency of cardboard. The sauce was overcooked and had formed a crust. This restaurant chain used to be our favorite, where we could always get a good burger and fries, but the quality has dropped drastically in recent years to an unacceptable level.
