Starbucks - Herndon

The coconut lemon bar is good, small and soft. I would get it again. Told my physical therapist that I would bring them coffee when my appointment is early morning, 7am. The Starbucks on Centreville Road was not open earlier this week, and I found this location which is right across the street from Optimal Motion, perfect! This Starbucks is so much more reliable. Open early, before 7am, and fast, too. I also like that they support minority businesses and sell cupcakes. I got the sweet potato one today. Took a bite, and it is a little dry. Don't plan on getting it again.

Lourdes has excellent customer service. Personable, suggested a new drink to try and it tastes great. Was fast and friendly. Always get great service at this Starbucks!

The staff won't bother making your order if you make it through the mobile app. I went to the drive through 20 min after they'd opened and was told that they're closed. I just want my refund.

Maybe the drive through would be a better experience. Sticky tables, flies everyone inside, food undercooked, coffee below Starbucks quality standards.
