Their customer service needs improvement. I have never seen any of the waitresses/ cashier greet with a smile. They also rush you as you give your orders.And they 90% of time call the orders in Spanish and when there's noresponse, that's when they remember to say it in English. Please let employees know that,non Spanish speakers also love the foodin Polo Peru.

They obviously served... read more Went at 4:00pm order a whole chicken, it was dryer then my ex. Partially my fault going during a off hour between lunch and dinner shift. They obviously served chicken cooked from the lunch shift. I would recommend them to use the extra chicken leftover from the previous shifts for soups or tamales. Either way I will go back , but not during an off time.
