Nan Thai - Herndon

Pretty nice Thai restaurant. The staff was in a bit of a rush because I arrived 20 minutes before closing. I ordered fried rice with veggies and tofu. The portion was pretty large and it tasted great but there was very little tofu as in half a dozen pieces. The sticky rice with mango on the other hand was perfect. They forgot to bring my Jasmine tea but at least they didn?t try to charge me for it. All in all it?s a good restaurant and maybe the experience would have been

This restaurant is my go to for the past 5 years because of how close it is to my house. However I must admit, some days are a hit or miss with the chicken pad Thai. Today was a miss. My food tasted very burnt and it was hard for me to enjoy or finish it.

The ambiance at this restaurant was fantastic! They were very accommodating for our large group of eight. The staff were incredibly friendly, which added to the overall experience. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous, allowing me to take some leftovers home! I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know.

If you enjoy spicy dishes, be sure to try the Taj Mahal fried rice. For parties of five or more, a 15% tip is automatically included in the final bill. Parking is convenient near the restaurant. This is a must-visit Thai restaurant in the Herndon area!
