Domino's Pizza - Herndon

This is the second time a wrong order has been delivered. We ordered 2 specialties chicken with jalapeño and pineapple and we have a hot buffalo chicken instead.

I don 't like leaving bad reviews but I have ordered from this Domino 's location multiple times and every single time the order has been either wrong or unsatisfactory. It always shows up 45 minutes or more late, cold, missing toppings or items, sometimes not even fully cooked. Tonight I decided to give this location one final chance. After the pizza sat at the quality check stage on the tracker for 40 minutes I called the store and asked if the food was on its way. I was told that yes, it was on its way. A minute later the tracker updated to show that the driver had just left, so actually it had just been sitting there for 40 minutes. The driver arrived with less than half of the order and what he did have was cold, so at that point I just handed it back to him, called the store and had them refund the order. I don 't blame the driver because it was the store that messed up the order. I have no idea how this location has managed to get so many terrible reviews over multiple years and remain the same way it has for all this time.

Don’t order delivery from here. I’m two minutes away and twice it’s taken over 45 min from when I got the “Drivers on the way” text

I ordered from this location for my family and the pizza I got was very. Clearly they don't make their orders as the orders come in. I will not order from this location ever again. People be aware if you want a fresh pizza this is not the location to order from.
