The service is fantastic, the place is beautiful (inside and out) and the food was exquisite. It 's a traditional Basque setting, and the food is traditional too but with a modern touch that makes it more interesting. The 'caserio ' (farmhouse) is well preserved, and where you eat would have originally been the place where the cows were kept in winter, but don 't worry, you wouldn 't know that now. It 's cosy and comfy, and you can 't go wrong. Given the quality of the food, it 's not really expensive. The only slight problem is that the road to the place is very narrow and steep, and there 's not much margin of error. If you drink up there, make sure someone else drives back!
