Last 3 times I ordered through app for quick pickup. The Taco Bell on Hermitage road didn't bother filling my order until I asked where it was. Was told this last time they were busy filling orders at the moment there were no cars in drive thru and no customers in place. They were just standing around talking. My order was just a ice coffee. One of the most consistently good fast food establishments I've ever frequented. I do mobile orders and the ingredients are always so much better here than on State Street. Cheese is always hot. Fries always seasoned well. Always a fast drive thru line no matter what. Kudos. View all feedback.
