Los Amigos - Hermitage

Typically this place is great, but avoid the Chile relleno at all cost, especially if you are getting take out. This isn?t a typical recipe, it?s just cheese, so it turns into spongy slop. It would be nice if they made a distinction between this and what they call the Chile pablano. This is inedible. Once again, typically the food and service is fantastic, but this was a real disappointment.

The service was phenomenal and the inside of this restaurant was so clean. This was the first time I've been here and I was highly surprised with the quality of the food and how good everything was. It was the first time I actually needed a fork for nachos and I also was a huge fan of the tacos. With lunch and dinner specials they have something for every part of the day .. minus breakfast. I highly recommend for family of any size or if your just goin out with the friends and grabbing some drinks. Definitely my new fave authentic Mexican restaurant

It was our first time here, and we really enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere. We ordered Molcajete Macho, the mixed grilled bowl, which was awesome. The portion could be enough for 2, but we had already ordered an al-carbon Nachos too, which we had to take it home. The other guys in our group ordered burritos and fajitas, and they were also satisfied with their choices. This restaurant will become our permanent hangout from now on, and i recommend this place to any Mexican food lover in the neighborhood.

We used to go here all the time. Tonight we went and it took our waiter 20 minutes to come get our drink orders, after another waiter told her we had been waiting. He was handling his own tables and checking on us at the same time. This is my regular order. Never in the year I?ve been going here have I seen anything like this on my food. I was obviously concerned that it was blood. I was not angry, I actually said ?I am not mad or complaining, but did someone cut themselves ??. She said ?I think it?s seasoning?. It?s hard for me to accept that answer when it was only on one taco, I get this every time I come in and ESPECIALLY hard when she didn?t come back to my table and someone else was sent to give us our check . I was not angry. I was concerned because I am pregnant and if I consumed someone?s blood, it?s important for me to be checked. I also wanted to make sure whoever it was was ok and made sure the bleeding was taken care of. Either way, I?m really upset with our waiter over all even if this was not blood. Poor service , rude service .

Great place with great food! Only 4 stars due to bugging knats!!! Ugghhh
