Very dirty when I went for dinner, at least 15 people waiting for a very long time. Expected my mobile order ready at 540 pm like the app says and didn't recieve until 6pm. Very unhappy, normally never this bad. Need some more View all feedback.
Is this location just always understaffed??Every time that I’ve ever placed an order, it’s never ready by the estimated time. Google is claiming this time of day is “less busy” than usual but it’s 20 minutes past when my order was supposed to be done. I got a notification that it’s ready and it’s not even on the shelf yet. I’ve been up since 5am I just want my dinner so I can go home ? I wouldn’t complain but it’s EVERY time I do a pick up order and I’m talking months apart
Not to be karen, but I'm disappointed with this franchise's online orders. I ordered a burrito, burrito bowl, 3 tacos, and all of them were understuffed. The burrito was HALF the size compared to one physically ordered in the restaurant. The bowl was half empty, with maybe 2-3 pieces of chicken instead of full scope. i asked for salad in the bowl, but there was salad. The tacos were all smooshed; they looked so unappetizing.I'm disappointed. Chipotle needs to get it fixed.
This chipotle is never consistent. Always out of fajita peppers so you either have to wait or go without. Dining area and condiment bar always look gross. Workers always decent but food never delivers a very satisfying punch like other chipotles. Mediocre everytime.
This location has gone downhill since 2021. The manger Erica takes no pride in the integrity of this Chipotle. It’s always dirty and takes atleast 20 minutes to get any good. This particular cashier the day I went if I didn’t know any better I would say she rides the short bus if you know what I mean. She double charged my friend and gave her a water cup when she asked for vinaigrette. She also tried to charge my other friend 14 dollars for chips and queso. She MUST be fired.
The chipotle app pickup was terrible for this location. I went ahead and arrived for my pickup on time and waited for it to be ready. Several others were picking up at the same time. I ended up waiting 30+ minutes while asking multiple times about my order to find out that someone else had taken it about 30 minutes prior!Never once had someone checked to see if my order was on the list to be made or what was going on despite being the store for so long. It got to the point where anyone who could have possibly been in the dinner rush was long, long gone.All the pickup food it made in the back of the restaurant so even though no one was ordering up front the food that they were finally remaking could not be made in the front.The food is great but the fact that it took so long for someone to finally let me know that someone else had stolen my order from the shelf was crazy. Never once was I asked by any of the staff what my order was as I had clearly been there longer than anyone else in the store.The back-end employee had an attitude when she said she could remake my order but “no one told her that it was my order that I was waiting on” despite me going to the front repeatedly to ask about it.Overall, staff couldn’t care less about my experience and I was brushed off about having been there waiting for my food for an hour. I placed the order at 5:42pm and didn’t get to leave until 6:42pm!If I do end up going back then I certainly will not be using the app for a pickup since there is no safety in getting your order and the staff does not care about the orders either.
