The whole set up had me uncomfortable. Especially the raw meats uncovered and freely accessible by the public. The meats should be covered, chilled and out of sight. Just as we have to select our rice, noodles, etc., the same should go for the meats (the cooks should have these items in the back). Should label what is who's because I ate my sons bowl I wanted to eat my own but next time need some marking of some sort .
