Bojangles - Hermitage

On Wednesday, November 3, 2022, at 7:05 PM, I arrived at the drive-through and was told that the only remaining option was chicken sandwiches. I couldn't help but wonder if customers had unexpectedly flocked to the restaurant and ordered chicken.

Bojangles is good, but with this location it's hit or miss. Despite the hours they're supposed to be open, they might be open or they may not be. Case in point, this is the second time I've placed an online order, and when I arrived at 6:00 p.m. to pick itup, they were closed. Don't know why, no reason given, but nobody there, lights are off. You're better off trying your luckelsewhere.

UPDATE: DO NOT GO HERE ON THE WEEKENDS!!! the crew is awful EVERY SINGLE TIME. I won't be back. An hour to wait on food and they are rude. They talk about their customers right in front and them and feel good about it when asked to stop. Don't waste yourtime. Hardee's has no wait and Popeyes will be open soon!! I hope their crew is actually good to us hermitage people. Thiscrew in hermitage is outstanding every single time.

If you happen to have a negative experience, it may be due to the fact that they only have around two employees on staff. However, every time I have visited, the service has been consistently friendly and polite, albeit a bit slow. If you are in a rush, it is best to dine elsewhere for the time being.

After eating at this restaurant for the first time in 5 years, I have to say I was disappointed. The Bojangles in Raleigh, NC is much better. This meal was a letdown and washed away the excitement of my trip from Tennessee to Texas.
